The Doiron Gallery opened its doors in October 1997 during the redevelopment of the North Sacramento Uptown Arts District and quickly became a destination for one of Sacramento's finest art galleries. After a short retirement break in 2002, the Doiron Gallery was moved a block and a half East to a new location and with the help of family and friends this historic building was transformed into an elegant space showcasing representational and contemporary fine art and craft. The excitement of discovering, exhibiting, promoting and selling the works of emerging and established artists that I continually come in contact with, was compelling to me to compromise with Nick's retirement years for a part-time gallery.


The present collection of 50 artists works includes original oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media and pastel paintings, photography, wood, ceramic, resin and metal sculptures, vessels, jewelry, stained glass and wearable art. Unique gifts anchor this multi-dimensional gallery where you will always find the perfect accent for the home, garden or office. Assistant Manager Jennifer, Nick and I extend our personal invitation to you to come have a cup of coffee, enjoy the vibrant array of colors and textures in the gallery, our monthly featured artist exhibits and the works of the gallery artists.
